The interests of all generations of campers may differ, but the offers on and around the Campingpark Gitzenweiler Hof are wide-ranging enough to meet them all. Lovers of nature and sports will find that there is as much on offer for them here as there is for those with cultural or historic interests. Families with children, young people, couples or young at heart Campers 55+: here, they can all find the pitch and the leisure offer that's just right for them.

Do as you please, as long as it's fun.
The site's own summer open-air swimming pool (33 m x 25 m) with its large sun lawn is popular with guests large and small. In the holidays, children enjoy the activity programme, the petting zoo with daily feeding of the animals, football area, beach volleyball, table tennis, street basketball, children's disco (Saturdays), lending library and nature playground. Outside the main season, the GITZ is transformed into a green campers' oasis - close to nature and at the same time modern. Idyllic ponds with shore promenades, organic gardens, the mature trees - nature-loving campers feel close to the country here. Particularly so when taking woodland Kneipp hydrotherapy at the natural stream, a place to relax and to revitalise at the GITZ.

They are our guests at all times. When accompanying their parents, twins, triplets and more 'multiples' pay nothing.

And the Gitz is surrounded by the unique Lake Constance region, with its splendid scenery to attract campers and family holidaymakers out into the countryside. As well as the many interesting sights to see in the neighbourhood, we have our activity team in the holidays for all the children in the GITZ. There is a programme for almost every day, including handicrafts, games, fun, sports, night walks, camp fires and baking bread on a stick or a 'GITZian'  day. We have the nature playground, for example, to offer younger and older children plenty of freedom to play, experience and understand. In the football area or on the adventure playground, playing beach volleyball, street basketball or table tennis, or in the large open-air swimming pool, they can all work off some energy together. And every evening, together, we feed and pet the animals at the GITZ.

As well as riding at our neighbouring riding stables, guests can also book with their children for courses in inline skating, golf, diving and skiing.

And everyone agrees that the Gitzenweiler Hof offers children - which means also their parents - everything they need to make them feel good. The readers of 'Caravaning' magazine, in their annual readers' choice, have always picked the GITZ to be one of the top three child-friendly campsites in Germany.
