We look forward to your reservation.
You can book by telephone, in writing (post or email) or on arrival at the Gitzenweiler Hof.

We do however recommend that you book in advance in all cases, so that we can ensure that we reserve you a pitch.

After we have received your reservation, you will receive a confirmation of reservation within 5 days, with a request for a deposit. Once we have received the deposit, payment will be confirmed and your pitch will be reserved from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival onwards until the end of reception opening hours, 6.00 p.m. at the latest. It is the guest's responsibility to inform us of a different or later arrival or if necessary to cancel in good time.
The full amount of the deposit will be deducted from your final bill. There are no reservation or cancellation fees!

There are no extra costs for using the showers (hot water), the children's wash facility, wheelchair-adapted bathroom, dog showers, chemical toilet disposal facility, or using the open-air swimming pool at the GITZ (Whitsun to the end of August). No basic charges for electricity hook-up.

Arrival
Arrivals can take place daily from 3.00 p.m. or by arrangement. Please take note of the reception opening hours. It is not possible to enter the site between 12.00 noon and 2.00 p.m. because of the closed entry barrier.

Departure
Payment should be made one day before departure in cash or by debit card. We cannot accept credit cards. There is a cash machine at the GITZ (DiBa) directly at reception in the brochure room.
Departure must be completed by 11.00 a.m. There is an option for later departure, up to 6.00 p.m., but only on standard pitches and we make an extra charge of € 5.00.

IMPORTANT: The barrier will remain closed during the midday rest period from 12.00 noon to 2.00 p.m. and at night from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.. There is a car park available outside the barrier and a car park meadow opposite. Access is always possible for ambulances, emergency doctors and the fire brigade.
