The following terms apply to bookings of parking spaces:

• Book 1-2 nights: deposit € 30.00 (charged upon arrival)
• Book 3 nights or more: deposit € 50.00 (charged upon arrival)
• Cancellation: The deposit will be retained as handling fee
• Change booking: € 30,00 handling fee will be charged

The following terms apply to bookings of campsite accommodations:

• Deposit: € 100,00 (charged upon arrival)
• Down payment: 25% of the cost of all the booked nights
• Change booking: € 30,00 handling fee will be charged
• Cancellation: up to 6 weeks before the check-in date: 25% of the cost of all the booked nights
  Cancellation: 4 to 6 weeks before the check-in date: 50% of the cost of all the booked nights
  Cancellation: 1 to 4 weeks before the check-in date: 75% of the cost of all the booked nights
  Cancellation:  1 week (7 nights) or less before the check-in date: 100% of the cost of all the booked nights

Under normal circumstances

• We only accept bookings online.
• If you would like to book multiple parking spaces or accommodations, please check our website for more information.
• Under other circumstances, the Gitzenweiler Hof GmbH terms and conditions shall apply.

• Please book each parking space or accommodation separately with a different guest name and email.
• In the field "Is there anything else you want to tell us?" , you can indicate which family (first and last name of the person who has made the booking, and place of residence, or preferably booking number) you would like to be placed next to. We do our best to make this possible.
